Where do you ship from?

We ship from Calgary AB Canada

When will my order ship?

We do our level best to ship all items same day (on orders before Noon) or next day for all orders placed after 12pm. However, if items require printing please allow for 2-3 additional days for printing and curing. Once your order is processed and couriers/Canada Post will pick up your package from our warehouse and have it delivered to you within an average of 2-6 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that once orders are shipped, it is out of our hands as to how the package is handled. Couriers handle a high volume of deliveries and once in a while, a package may show up damaged. If that happens, please contact us at info@pressingimages.com and we will assist you.

Has my order shipped?

You can log into your account at any time to check order status and tracking.

Do you have tracking for my order?

We do. We send out shipment emails with tracking. You can also log into your account to see the tracking for your order. 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes. We have 2 locations for pick up, Calgary and Okotoks.

 

Returns

Thank you for your business! We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event you are not, please see below for our return policy. PLEASE NOTE: We offer store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds.

 

How many days do I have to return or exchange my item(s)? 

All returned items must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. We will not accept returns after 15 days. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We only accept damaged or defective item(s) for return or exchange.
  • Sale items, discontinued or sold-as-is items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Pressing Images is not liable for any physical difference, or inconsistencies, with any products when compared to the purchase of that identical product from previous orders. In the unlikely event of this happening, responsibility lies solely with the original manufacturer.

 

What is the return or exchange process? 

If you receive your items in a defective or damaged state please email us directly at info@pressingimages.com with details of the damaged or defective item(s). 

After receiving your return, our team will inspect the condition of your item(s) to determine if they are eligible to be returned or exchanged. If they are approved, we will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75 we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged items being shipped back out.
