Custom UV DTF tumbler wraps printed from your own artwork — peel-and-stick application, no heat press required.

Upload your PNG file, choose your tumbler size (20oz or 30oz straight-wall), and we print your full-coverage wrap using UV-cured ink that bonds permanently to powder-coated metal, stainless steel, glass, acrylic, and ceramic. Ships the same day from Calgary on orders placed before noon.

How to apply

1. Pre-squeegee both sides of the wrap before peeling
2. Clean the tumbler surface with isopropyl alcohol — let dry completely
3. Peel the backing and apply section by section around the tumbler
4. Squeegee firmly across the entire surface
5. Remove the top carrier film

Total application time: under two minutes per tumbler.

Compatible surfaces

Powder-coated stainless steel tumblers, plain stainless steel, glass, acrylic, ceramic, and plastic. Not recommended for soft-touch or rubberized coatings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a heat press? No. UV DTF wraps are peel-and-stick — no heat press, no oven, no equipment required.

What file format do I upload? PNG with transparent background. Full-bleed designs work best — leave a small bleed margin on all edges.

Will it scratch or peel? UV-cured ink is waterproof and scratch-resistant when applied to a clean, properly prepped surface. Isopropyl alcohol prep is essential.

What tumbler sizes fit? 20oz and 30oz straight-wall tumblers. Tapered tumblers require a different wrap — contact us before ordering.
