Our Insta-Peel DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and dark fabrics. Hot peel at 295 to 310°F for 10 to 15 seconds, then post-press with parchment paper for 5 to 8 seconds to lock in the adhesive.

- Temperature: 295 to 310°F
- Time: 10 to 15 seconds
- Peel: Hot peel immediately
- Post-press: Cover with parchment, press 5 to 8 seconds

Common questions
Do I need a heat press? Yes. DTF transfers require a heat press. A home iron does not give consistent enough temperature and pressure for a reliable result.
What file format do I upload? PNG with a transparent background. JPEGs will print with a white background on your garment.
What sizes are available? 22.5 x 12", 22.5 x 24", 22.5 x 48", 22.5 x 72", 22.5 x 96", and 22.5 x 120". Select your size above.
Can I mix designs on one sheet? Yes. That is the whole point. The Autobuilder nests your designs to minimise waste.
Insufficient pressure is the #1 cause of DTF transfer failure. Press firmly and evenly, hot peel, then post-press for wash durability.
