Skinny Screw Flip Top 20oz Tumbler - 220063

The Essentials: Application & Crafting Methods

  • Best For: UV DTF wraps, vinyl decals, epoxy and resin builds, plus laser engraving if you've got the equipment.
  • Application Note 1: A UV DTF wrap goes on this screw-top tumbler the same way regardless of batch size, peel, position and smooth, so the process doesn't change whether you're doing one or fifty.
  • Application Note 2: A light scuff before an epoxy pour gives the bare steel some grip, worth factoring that extra step into your production time per unit.

Product Details

Before you commit to a batch of tumblers for market season, the real question is what each one costs you once shipping and time are factored in, not just the sticker price per unit. This 20oz screw flip top is a straightforward bare blank to build that math around, double wall vacuum insulated, 18/8 stainless steel, with a clear screw-on shatterproof lid built in. No surprise upgrades or hidden variants to account for, what you see is what ships.

Since it's bare steel with no coating to strip or work around, it takes a UV DTF wrap, vinyl, or an epoxy pour equally well, so your cost math can flex depending on which decorating method your market crowd responds to. If epoxy and resin builds are part of your lineup, the UV resin and epoxy supplies are stocked alongside the blanks so one order covers both. Stocked and shipped from Canada, which keeps your landed cost predictable order to order.

Features:

  • Capacity: 20oz
  • Material: 18/8 stainless steel, uncoated, double-wall vacuum insulated construction
  • Design: Skinny profile with a screw-on flip-top lid style
  • Includes: Clear screw-on shatterproof sliding lid.

Quick Q&A

Q: Can I use sublimation on this blank?
A: Bare stainless steel again here, no poly coating, so UV DTF, vinyl, epoxy and laser work are what this one's built for instead of sublimation.

Q: How is this different from a sublimation tumbler?
A: A sublimation blank has a special poly coating baked on that lets dye-sublimation ink bond to it. This one skips that coating entirely, so it's built for UV DTF wraps, vinyl, epoxy and laser work instead.
