🔒 Shipping & Duties Policy 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES & TARIFFS

All international customers are solely responsible for any and all import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges imposed by their government or courier at the time of delivery. These are not controlled or charged by Pressing Images.

We ship under DAP/DDU (Delivered at Place / Duties Unpaid) terms. That means:

  • Import fees are due upon delivery to your local courier or customs authority.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

Returns due to refusal to pay duties or taxes will not be accepted as valid.

If you choose to refuse your order due to tariffs or duties:

  • You will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are only issued once the returned items arrive in original, resalable condition.
