Product Details

Running a full batch of the same tumbler is where the upgraded sublimation coating earns its keep, since consistent colour with no blotchiness means press ten and press fifty look the same. This 20oz neon pink matte skinny holds its finish steady even when it is going through a press over and over in one sitting. Rotating it halfway through the cycle keeps the colour even across the whole wrap, batch after batch. Fewer misprints means fewer wasted transfers when the order is a big one.

Compare it against the rest of the blank mugs lineup if a batch order needs a mix of drinkware shapes instead of just tumblers. It works with sublimation, UV DTF, and vinyl, so a big production run is not locked into one decorating method if supplies run short mid-batch. Rotating the tumbler halfway through the press cycle is worth building into a repeatable routine, since it is the step most likely to get skipped when moving fast. Stocked and shipped from Canada.

Quick Q&A

Q: Since this one is already rated for UV DTF, does that change how I should apply a wrap?
A: Not really, the neon pink matte finish takes a UV DTF wrap the same straightforward way it takes vinyl, just smooth it on evenly and it holds the same as it would on the sublimation side.

Q: What can I do to help a design on this one last longer once it is pressed?
A: Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from abrasive sponges, since scrubbing is what wears a print down faster than everyday use does. A soft cloth and mild soap by hand will keep the colour looking pressed-fresh much longer.
