20oz Straight Stainless Steel Skinny Tumbler with Copper Lining - 220005

The Essentials: Application & Crafting Methods

  • Best For: Epoxy and glitter tumbler builds, UV DTF wraps, adhesive vinyl decals, and laser engraving.
  • Application Note 1: Straight-sided tumblers like this one take a UV DTF wrap or vinyl decal edge to edge with no taper to account for, so wrap layout is about as straightforward as it gets.
  • Application Note 2: Give the bare steel a light scuff and a wipe down with rubbing alcohol before epoxy, paint or powder coat, the surface is smooth and needs that extra grip.

Product Details

Nothing throws off a production run like ordering the same tumbler twice and getting two different shapes. This straight 20oz skinny stays exactly that, straight, every single time you reorder, so your jigs, your wrap templates and your press settings don't need adjusting mid-batch. Vacuum insulated with copper lining between the walls, it's a plain stainless shell built to be predictable rather than flashy. That consistency is worth more than it sounds once you're running fifty at once.

Because it's bare stainless with no coating to remove, it's a solid canvas for resin and epoxy builds, glitter tumblers, and painted designs, not just wraps. A quick scuff with sandpaper gives epoxy something to grip before you pour, and from there it's really just patience and a turner. If that's the kind of project you're planning, the UV resin and epoxy supplies are stocked right alongside the blanks. Stocked and shipped from Canada, this one won't leave you waiting on a slow cross-border order mid-batch.

Features:

  • Capacity: 20oz
  • Material: Uncoated stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated with copper lining
  • Design: Straight sides, no taper

Quick Q&A

Q: Can I use sublimation on this blank?
A: No, there's no poly coating on this bare stainless shell, which makes it a better fit for epoxy, glitter, UV DTF and vinyl work than sublimation.

Q: What should I do to this blank before I start decorating it?
A: Give it a wipe with rubbing alcohol to clear off any oils from handling, then a light scuff if you're doing epoxy or paint. UV DTF wraps and vinyl just need a clean, dry surface to stick to.
