Some mornings the alarm goes off and everything in you says no. Not sick, exactly — just done with people for the day. This design gives that feeling a name and wraps it in flowers, so it reads as a joke instead of a complaint. Nothing is pre-printed: each transfer is cut and packed by hand in Okotoks, Alberta once you have picked your format.
Heavy black condensed capitals arch across the top with "I'M STAYING", then a watercolour floral swag runs beneath — a deep navy garden rose at the centre, blush and cream blossoms, sage and slate-blue foliage fanning out both ways. Under it the line finishes: "HOME TODAY BECAUSE" in caps, "I have a severe case of" in a slanted script, and "MOOD POISONING" in bold block letters.
Made for anyone whose social battery dies by Tuesday — nurses off a night shift, teachers in the last week of term, parents who have run out of excuses. Put it on a soft crewneck for a mental health day, a tote for the pharmacy run, a tumbler for the desk, or a laptop lid as a UV DTF sticker. DTF transfer for fabric, UV DTF permanent sticker for hard surfaces, sublimation transfer for light polyester and poly-coated blanks, and vinyl decal for smooth surfaces. Vinyl is also available laminated, in matte or gloss.
DTF transfers press at 280-300°F for 12-15 seconds, hot or cold peel, followed by a 5-10 second finishing press under parchment. UV DTF stickers peel and stick straight onto clean, dry hard surfaces. Sublimation transfers press onto light-coloured polyester or poly-coated blanks. Vinyl decals apply to any smooth, clean surface.
Wash garments inside out in cold water. Skip the fabric softener and the dryer sheets. Hard-surface stickers need nothing more than a gentle wipe.
